Losing weight involves a simple mathematical formula: if you eat more calories than what your body needs, the extra calories are stored as fat. If you love eating, this simple formula may be difficult to follow so you need to find effective ways to achieve fast fat loss. However, if you have self-discipline, this formula can be broken down into two interpretations: it could mean eating fewer calories or using more calories than what you actually eat.

Regular intake of liquid calories can increase your waistline measurement. But, if you choose to let go of these calories in your daily meals, you can lose at least one to three pounds off your weight in just seven days. This is because a can of regular soda contains 150 – 200 calories while a cup of apple juice has around 120 calories. Instead of drinking soda or fruit juices, replace it with water for water contains zero calories. In addition, water is the best fat burner because it helps hydrate your body and help increase the rate of metabolism to burn more calories. For additional but healthy flavor, you can choose to squeeze in fresh lemon or lime to your water. Another healthy alternative with zero calories is green tea. Another way to lose body fats quickly is to fill up on fiber. Getting rid of the “white” food from your plate and replacing it with fiber-rich whole grain foods is a great way to fast fat loss. So, instead of white bread, make your sandwiches using whole grain or whole wheat bread. For your dinner, opt for brown rice instead of white rice. This is because fiber-rich foods like whole grains make you feel full longer and help you eat less through out the day.
