What is the proper method of jogging?Is running the same as jogging? How about walking? What is the difference between these three methods of exercise? Actually jogging is partly walking and partly running. It is somewhere there in the middle. It is moving at a steady pace. The focus of jogging is to cover a certain distance at a period of time that is comfortable to you. I mean to say, you can calculate a target time of 20 minutes jogging. The distance that you travel is not so important, the important thing is the length of time you jogged at a pace that is suitable with you. As you gain stamina you can increase your time and pacing at the same time.
How do start doing it? You start by stretching for about 5 minutes. This will prepare your heart and body to warm up. Let us say that your target time limit is 20 minutes, your time starts after the five minutes warm up. Start moving at a slow pace for about five minutes then increase your speed for the next 10 minutes. Reduce your pacing for the last five minutes. Then extend for another five minutes to do the stretching exercise.The stretching preparation is a pre-requisite to prevent pulling any muscle.
Common jogging exercise requires discipline from us. For those who are just starting , observe these preparations in order to have a smooth start. Gradual pacing is required in order not to over work your heart and body. Observe stretching before and after your exercise. Loosing your joints avoid pulling any muscles.
